Vibrant, rare, and full of character — this antique French Majolica parrot pitcher was made by the esteemed Keller Guerin Saint Clément majolica factory, featuring the very early “KG - SC” mark on the base, alongside the mold number 468 and a stamped FRANCE export mark. This is not just a pitcher, it’s a sculptural statement piece, originally used as an absinthe or pouring jug, and crafted in the form of a Bira parrot with tropical plumage and expressive detailing. Whether you collect Majolica, French antiques, or simply love unique home décor, this pitcher delivers both heritage and visual punch. The vibrant glazes are beautifully preserved. Fine crazing is visible as shown in pics (consistent with antique ceramics), but there are no chips, cracks, or repairs, making this a true collector’s gem.
