🍽️ Item Details Set of six vintage dessert or fruit plates from The Old Curiosity Shop line by Royal China Co., Sebring, Ohio USA. Classic mid-century green transferware on ivory-toned ironstone, featuring the Teapot scene with a woodgrain-style border and Dickens-era motif. Each plate measures approximately 6.25 inches in diameter — ideal for dessert, fruit, or small luncheon service. Coordinates beautifully with other pieces from the same collection (see final photo). 📜 Pattern & Maker • Pattern: The Old Curiosity Shop – Teapot Scene • Maker: Royal China Co. • Country of Origin: USA • Color: Green on Ivory • Material: Ceramic / Ironstone • Production Technique: Underglaze Transfer • Era: Mid-Century Modern (1940s–1960s) • Vintage: Yes ⚖️ Size & Dimensions • Diameter: ≈ 6.25 in (16 cm) • Height: ≈ 0.75 in (2 cm) ✨ Condition Overall very good vintage condition consistent with age and use. • No chips or structural cracks. Note: Color and glaze tone may vary slightly among pieces. This is typical of mid-century Royal China production and reflects batch differences in pigment and kiln temperature — not considered a flaw. 🧳 Shipping & Packaging Stacked face-to-face with paper, wrapped in bubble wrap and double-boxed for protection. 🪄 Suggested Use A timeless and collectible set perfect for completing your Old Curiosity Shop service or displaying in a vintage kitchen. The teapot design complements both farmhouse and mid-century décor.
