This is a Cabart oboe. The company has since merged with (or been absorbed by?) Loree and is now a manufacturer whose models are under the Loree name. *There is a trial performance video available. [Repairs Performed] All pads, key corks, and joint corks replaced Polishing Tone hole cleaning Oiling, etc. This is an overhauled instrument. [Tone, Playability, etc. Details] The keys are covered keys with very few open holes, so there's no need to seal the holes perfectly. This makes it easy for beginners to get used to the fingering quickly. Also, while oboes traditionally use cork pads, we have intentionally included more skin pads, which tend to produce a softer tone. The instrument itself is relatively lightweight, making it easy to hold. We recommend this instrument as a first oboe. There are some areas where the plating on the keys shows slight age-related deterioration, so please check the images carefully. [Included Accessories] Case Shoulder strap 2 Reeds (adjusted for this instrument) Swab [Recommended For These People!] Those who want to start playing the oboe Those who want to play as a hobby Those who want an instrument for outdoor use or as a backup [About Woodwind Instruments Currently Listed] These instruments have been repaired and adjusted by a current private workshop repairman who previously worked at a musical instrument store. The quality differs from products listed elsewhere as maintained or operation confirmed. While the price may be slightly higher than the market price for used instruments, it is a great value when you consider the cost of purchasing an unmaintained used instrument and then having it repaired at a music store. A flyer with our workshop's contact information will be included upon shipment. We don't just sell and forget; we also offer post-purchase adjustments, so you can buy with confidence! Some products have actual trial performance videos, but due to regulations, we cannot provide direct links. If you would like to hear the tone, please search online. [Shipping] To prevent tuning shifts due to vibration, we will apply measures to the adjustment screws before shipping. We will also perform re-adjustments and wipe-downs before shipment. [Price Reductions] We do not accept price reductions for purchases made on Mercari. Please refrain from commenting with price reduction requests. [Product Condition] The product condition is honestly described. By purchasing, you agree to the terms stated in the description. Please understand that descriptions like beautiful condition or excellent condition are subjective and that this is a used item. Click here for the manufacturer's site
