This is a Selmer C85* clarinet mouthpiece. It comes with a Buffet Crampon ligature and a Selmer cap. The Selmer 85* is more expensive than the standard model. According to the Selmer Paris website, The 'C85' mouthpiece was designed to bring a new sound to the clarinet. It has a rich and resonant low register, with exquisite power and roundness to the sound. It also allows for very precise and easy staccato playing. https://www.nonaka.com/selmer/instruments/accessories/mouthpiece/clarinet/ The item for sale shows some signs of age but is in relatively clean condition. It has been tested with an old RICO reed. A reed is included for your reference. The reed will be disinfected with alcohol. Returns will be accepted if the item does not produce sound. Returns will not be accepted if tested with other reeds. Additionally, returns will not be accepted if the sound is not as expected or not to your preference. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are overly sensitive about the appearance. Click here for the manufacturer's site
