Meet Chris, a Victorian-style porcelain boy cradling an armful of Christmas treasures in his little corduroy coat and floppy hat. This is a genuine Jan Hagara Chris limited edition figurine, numbered 284, part of the 2-Year Edition of 1985-86, distributed by Royal Orleans and copyright 1985 B&J Art Designs. Made in Taiwan of fine bisque porcelain with hand-painted detail. His signature is inscribed right into the base along with the edition mark. He's holding a candy cane, a wrapped gift, a golden puppy with a bow, and a black and white toy dog, with a tiny separate gift box resting beside his feet on the wood-look base. His curly hair and rosy cheeks give him that classic turn of the century Hagara charm that collectors love. Dimensions: stands 6 inches tall on a 2.25 inch round base Condition: excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks noted, gentle wear consistent with age. No box or COA included, figurine only. Perfect for the Jan Hagara collector building out a set, a Victorian Christmas mantel display, or anyone who loves cottagecore and grandmillennial holiday decor. A sweet gift for someone who treasures nostalgic, storybook style pieces. Smoke-free. Every piece has a past. Find yours. — Sarah / The Storied House Co.
