◆◆Tapered Spatula ⇒ Precision Finish, Thinning Towards the Tip ◆◆ Shitan (Rosewood) Kimono Dressing Spatula

[Product Overview]
This kimono dressing spatula is made from Shitan (rosewood), one of the three great precious woods, cut from the frame of a high-grade Zashiki table top, showcasing ribbon grain.

It is a thin, slender, and long ultra-thin long type that makes the most of the beautiful wood grain and has flexibility.

A 3mm diameter hole is drilled at the tip on the handle side for threading a string for a decorative bead.

The surface with the reddish-brown urethane coating uses the edge of the table top frame as is, so it has a gentle curve, and there are paint chips and unremovable scratches from the chamfering process, but otherwise, the surface has been polished as smooth as possible with a belt sander, and linseed oil has been applied for gloss and protection.

[Notes]
▲ On the urethane-coated side, which has a rounded center, there are paint chips, small chips, scratches, and small holes that cannot be removed, but the description states no noticeable scratches or stains.
▲ Linseed oil can stain clothing if it is not dry, so it is important to wipe it off thoroughly before use. We will wipe it thoroughly before shipping, but please manage it after arrival as well.
▲ The edges of the outer circumference are rounded, but may not be perfectly smooth.
▲ Because natural wood is used, there may be small cracks, chips, and manufacturing imbalances.
▲ Please be aware that there may be slight errors in the measurement of dimensions.
▲ This product is not suitable for those who are concerned about minor details, so please refrain from purchasing.
