This is the 5-piece set for areas up to 7.5m for Gekitai Shika (Deer Repellent). Gekitai Shika is a powerful type in the Itan Teishi (Boar Repellent) series, a popular pest control product that has been featured on TV and in newspapers. The effectiveness of the Itan Teishi series was verified on-air and highly praised by the cast. Gekitai Shika is easy to install by simply hanging it on existing nets or fences with the included zip ties. The red sheet, which deer are said to dislike, flutters in the wind, visually intimidating them. A stimulating scent formulated with 10 types of natural plants irritates deer's sensitive sense of smell, keeping them away. Long-lasting effect! The scent capsules are protected by a special waterproof fabric, so even when it rains, the scent components do not leak out, and the effect lasts for approximately one year. From the day you install it, the area becomes a place deer dislike. It releases approximately twice the strong odor of the regular Itan Teishi series, making it highly effective even with fewer units! *Caution: This product emits a strong, spicy odor, so please open it outdoors only. Its effectiveness has also been proven against other wild animals such as bears, wild boars, raccoon dogs, badgers, and raccoons. Please try it for various pests. Customer Reviews ================= ●Effective even with wide spacing I purchased 6 units for testing. I installed them on a rope stretched along the rice paddy levee at 3-meter intervals for about 20 meters, even though it was a very wide path for deer. After about a week, I observed that they could still enter from the bridge of the embankment, walking parallel to the rope. I added another 30 meters to make it 50 meters and installed them at 6-meter intervals. It seems that even with this spacing, they haven't entered the paddy. I'm thinking of buying another 6 units to try. ●It's been 2 months since installation. Although the spacing is wide, there are no signs of deer entering the paddy. It's been in use for a year, but since it's expensive, I hope the effect lasts for about 3 years... ●The crop damage from deer was severe, so I bought this to try. Looking at the deer tracks, they seem to wander around in front of this product and enter from areas where it's not installed. I felt it was effective. I don't know how long the effect will last, but since I felt it was effective, I placed an additional order. ●It's been a little over a month since I installed it... the deer stopped coming in. *These comments are for the regular type. Gekitai Shika has approximately twice the scent effect of the regular type. Click here for the manufacturer's site
