Cemedine Tile Ace Pro Modified Silicone Resin Elastic Adhesive White 2kg x 2.9 bottles. - Unused: 2kg x 2 bottles - Opened: 1 bottle (small amount used) Purchased new on December 16, 2025. Checked Amazon, and a new bottle costs ￥2,700. The opened bottle was unsealed on January 15, 2026. After using a small amount, the nozzle was smoothed with a trowel, sealed, and stored in an indoor warehouse. Upon recent inspection, the area near the nozzle had hardened slightly. This portion was removed, and the bottle was resealed with packing tape. It was stored in a cold indoor warehouse from winter to spring. As it will get hotter from now on, I am selling the portion I will not be using. The unused bottles are new and have no scratches on the exterior. The used bottle's contents are still soft and usable when squeezed. However, as these are stored items, quality cannot be guaranteed. Please purchase with this understanding. The items in the photos will be sent. Please check the photos for condition. One-component elastic adhesive for interior and exterior tiles. *Due to the weight of the item, it will be shipped in simple packaging. *Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
