Thank you for viewing. ?Product Name: Barley Miso ?Ingredients: Barley, Soybeans, Salt ?Net Contents: 450g x 4 pieces ?Best Before Date: 2027/01/30 ?Storage Method: Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures. ?Seller Name and Address: Arikawa Miso Store, 7859-4 Ikufuku, Ichikikushino City, Kagoshima Prefecture Established in 1948 We are a Miso Shop in Ichikikushino City, Kagoshima Prefecture. This is a set of 4 x 450g packages. The bag may say 900g, but it contains 450g. Per 1kg of ingredients: 760g Kyushu-grown naked barley 136g Kyushu-grown soybeans (Fukuyutaka) 104g Salt A small amount of Koji Regarding the salt: We use Irihama no Shio (Irihama Salt), manufactured by Nihon Kaisui Co., Ltd. Sanuki Factory and sold by Akatsuka Nausuke Shoten Co., Ltd. This is domestic sea salt. For the koji: We use yellow koji from Kawachi Kinki Honpo. The miso is aged for approximately 2 weeks (in summer) to 1 month (in winter) in barrels before being made into a product. This is a sweet miso from Kagoshima. Regarding the best before date, we estimate it to be about half a year, but you don't need to worry about it. Some people enjoy aging it for a longer period (about 1 year) by storing it in a container like a Tupperware. Conversely, some people prefer it fresh. As this is a living miso, the bags are not sealed tightly. If sealed, the bag will expand due to fermentation. When packing, the miso will be wrapped in cellophane, then tied like a drawstring bag with our shop's bag, placed in a box, and shipped in a waterproof bag. As this will be delivered to your home mailbox, we cannot specify a delivery time. Although it will be delivered to your mailbox, as it is a food item, we will always take it to the post office. We also accept consultations regarding quantity and weight. Purchases without prior contact are welcome. Please rest assured that we will list the same item again as soon as possible if it sells out.
