This is a wall-mounted guitar hanger/hook. It was opened but never used as it didn't fit the size of the board. Compatible with electric guitars, acoustic guitars, bass guitars, violins, ukuleles, and more. The width automatically adjusts steplessly to fit widths from approximately 10mm to 53mm. It is very well-made; when weight is applied (i.e., when a guitar is hung), the width narrows perfectly to ensure a secure fit and prevent drops. For guitars like Stratocasters, even if the waist of the neck where it hooks is not parallel, it will tilt diagonally, keeping the guitar vertical. It might be difficult to explain in words, but I use one myself, so I can confidently recommend it. There is cushioning on the part that touches the neck, so it will not cause scratches. Given that musical instrument stores that handle high-value items often display many instruments using this type of hanging method, it is unlikely to cause damage to the instrument or neck. Mounting screws are included. Screw adapters for plasterboard are also included. Please be mindful of the strength of your wall or board/wood for both. As this is an inexpensive product, there is no compensation for any instrument, regardless of its value. Please use it at your own risk. Also, instruments without a waist to hook onto the neck (such as headless guitars) cannot be hung with this hanger, as the neck will not catch.
