I've drastically reduced the price all at once because I want to sell it quickly. This price reduction is only for today. If it doesn't sell at this price, I will gradually lower it. It's a great deal, so if you're considering it, please take this opportunity to purchase it. Thank you for looking. Please take a moment to read my profile. This is a foldable playhouse. My son will be 5 soon, so I would like to pass it on to someone who needs it. I have given it a simple cleaning for this listing. Most of the dirt has been removed. It's made of a plastic cardboard-like material, so there are some creases from use, but overall it's in good condition. Please check the images. It's a used item that children have used, but I believe it can still be used. I will pack it in its original box, folded down, for shipping. As this is a large item, please refrain from requesting significant price reductions. Also, please note that perceptions vary, so this is just for your reference. As it has been in someone else's possession, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. As it has only been inspected by an amateur, there may be oversights. Please do not purchase if you are seeking perfection. Below is a description of the product. Doesn't take up space when stored! A plastic playhouse that can be assembled in about 1 minute. Doodling is okay on the entire surface! It wipes off with water, so it can be used repeatedly. It's completely waterproof, so it can even be washed with a shower. It can be folded and carried, making it perfect for parks and camping! It also provides shade, making it easy to play outdoors even in the summer. Size: When stored: Width 117 x Height 72 x Depth 5.5 cm When assembled: Width 146 x Height 91 x Depth 117 cm Weight: 5.4 kg Material: Plastic Recommended age: 3 years and up Original purchase price: ¥38,500 ★All items are available for immediate purchase. ★This is a used item that has been used by a child. I have removed any dirt or scratches that could be removed prior to listing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for something like new, or if you are very particular about inspections, even though I have checked it. Please feel free to ask any questions in the comments section (^-^) ★Shipping is set for 4-7 days, but may be earlier. Shipping dates and combined shipping can be discussed.
