I've remade a *tomesode* (formal kimono) into a long dress with a bolero. I recommend this dress because it features a beautiful and elegant auspicious blue wave pattern (*seigaiha*) with cranes and seasonal flowers. The pattern is not only on the front but also on the back hem. You can also wear a shawl or cardigan over the dress instead of the bolero.
