■ Stratocaster 50s Vintage Real Replica Screw Set - 14 pcs ■ This is Version 3, with improved shape and material. Features partial thread screws made of steel, just like vintage models. Compared to the previous Ver2, the waist of the partial thread screws has been changed to a shape with almost no step, similar to vintage screws. The steel content has been adjusted, resulting in a sound with more vintage authenticity. Of course, it is magnetic. The set includes 14 screws: 6 for the back panel and 8 for the pickguard, with a light relic finish. These screws can be used not only on Stratocasters but also on Telecasters and Jazzmasters. They are inch-sized and compatible with Vintage, Fender USA, and Custom Shop models. Vintage wood screws are extremely rare and difficult to find. Even if found, they can cost around ¥20,000 each at famous vintage Stratocaster shops. Many people likely wish there were affordable, high-reproduction screws available for replacement. This is why we created these vintage replica screws for those who feel that way. *By mass-producing these screws, we have significantly reduced the price, making them more affordable than having new screws relic-finished. We encourage you to try them! ● The screw length is almost identical to 1950s vintage screws. ● The plating is nickel plating, the same as vintage, and it's a meticulously crafted direct nickel plating. ● While they have a nickel relic finish, the relic process does not use corrosive liquids. Instead, it replicates the natural dulling and darkening of nickel plating from that era. ● Unlike current Fender Custom Shop relic screws, they do not have unnatural brown rust. ● The shape faithfully reproduces the specifications from '54 to early '58. ● The thread only goes partway up the screw, replicating the subtle unevenness caused by the rough cutting tools of the time – a true vintage spec! ● From late '58 onwards, the thread extended all the way to the base. This specification is unique to a specific period in the 50s. ● It's unlikely that manufacturers today would produce such intentionally uneven products as seen in the 50s. ● As shown in image 4, the screws in this listing are intentionally manufactured with a rough finish, featuring unthreaded and threaded sections like vintage screws. ● Images 12, 13, and 14 are for installation reference only.
