【Product Description】 This is an interior clock with a music box, featuring Ishikawa Prefecture's traditional Hoshou-nuri (Hoshou lacquerware) technique. This is an unused, deadstock item from the past, sold by Shikki Hanbai Mitani. ■ Key Features ?Beauty of Hoshou-nuri: This unique painting technique beautifully showcases the wood grain, giving it the character of antique furniture and a deep luster. ?Deadstock: As it has not been used, the metal parts and clock face are in exceptionally clear condition. 【Key Features】 Beauty of Wood Grain: The wood grain is beautifully displayed, giving it a luxurious feel like antique furniture. Deadstock: As it has not been used, the metal parts and clock face are in exceptionally clear condition. 【Condition Details (Please be sure to check)】 Although it is an unused item, there are signs of age due to decades of long-term storage. Operation: Neither the music box nor the clock are currently functioning properly. There may be issues with dried oil or seized parts inside. Access is possible through the screws on the back, so this is being sold as a junk item for those who enjoy maintenance and repair. Coating: Unevenness in the paint from the manufacturing process can be seen on the top part (please refer to the image). Accessories: Instruction manual, original box (with marker writing), and unrelated but potentially useful music box parts for repair will be included. The exterior is exceptionally beautiful, making it ideal for repair and practical use, or as an antique ornament or prop for photography. We hope to pass this on to someone who understands and will cherish old items. #ShowaRetro #AntiqueClock #Deadstock #MusicBox #CollectorsItem #Junk #Interior #Vintage #HoshouNuri #ShikkiHanbaiMitani #TraditionalCraft #RetroGoods Click here for the manufacturer's site
