??Shipping may be delayed until after 5/28. This is an external box-type mailbox. It was installed for about 3 years, but was barely used in the latter half, so it is in relatively clean condition. There are signs of sun fading on the front where the address was previously attached, which may be difficult to see in the photos. Also, there are white marks inside the area labeled POST where a label maker sticker was attached. The 4 nails used for installation are also included. Instruction manual included.
