This excellent homemade fresh noodle machine can make straight noodles (for ramen, soba, udon, and pasta) in a single operation, from kneading to sheeting to cutting. It can produce 1kg to 10kg of fresh noodles in thin, medium-thick, and thick varieties. To achieve the chewy texture of Jiro-style ramen, repeat the sheeting process 3-4 times. For egg noodles and udon, 3 repetitions will result in chewy, firm fresh noodles. In these times, making your own noodles will undoubtedly cut costs. (Compared to purchasing from a noodle supplier, you can save an average of approximately 900,000 yen annually.) The cutting blades were replaced with new ones in January of this year. * The attached blades cannot make flat noodles. You can make them by purchasing separate blades (available from Taisei Kogyo). To make wavy noodles, simply knead the straight noodles by hand after they are finished. After winning the bid, we will perform an overhaul (maintenance) on the machine. We will deliver it to Taisei Kogyo with shipping costs included in the bid price. * Shipping costs from this point will be separate. Transportation from Taisei Kogyo to your delivery location will be cash on delivery. Therefore, please allow about one month for delivery. 100v, approximately 100kg in weight. (Includes a 3-prong to 2-prong adapter.) (It has 4 rollers on the legs, so it can be moved freely by one person even after installation. However, as it weighs around 100kg, you will likely need to arrange for a lift vehicle separately.) * Prices at the wholesaler may vary depending on exchange rates (price estimate as of January 2025). O-shun flour (1 bag = 25kg), ￥4,300 Kansui (red) (1 box = 1kg), ￥9,800 Example: For Jiro-style noodles, if 10kg of O-shun flour + 150g of Kansui + * + * makes approximately 80 servings of 250g per serving. Example: If one bowl of ramen is ￥1,000, and you sell 80 bowls per day = ￥80,000. ￥80,000 x 1 month (25 business days) = ￥2,000,000 in sales. Commercial noodles do not have a wheat aroma when you bite into them. However, with a homemade fresh noodle machine, you can experience the chewy texture and the aroma of wheat that spreads from your mouth to your nose. The difference in noodles will be clearly noticeable to ramen connoisseurs, distinguishing your shop from others. Even if the soup is excellent, if the noodles are subpar, customers will consider it just an ordinary ramen shop. However, with a fresh noodle machine, the difference is undeniable.
