This product is an unused item of the product shown in the image. However, due to minor dents, scratches, or dirt on the window frames and panels during shipping, it is being sold at a discount as a 訳あり品 (item with defects). We appreciate your understanding. In reality, these imperfections do not affect its usability. Our product has a higher load capacity and durability due to its roof frame having 5 beams, which is two more than the typical 3 beams used by other companies (as shown in the latter half of the images). The convex shape allows water to flow to the sides. - Features rock wool insulation boards, providing excellent fire resistance and inherent heat resistance. - This is a prefabricated modular building approximately 3m wide x 6m long x 2.8m high. Assembly instructions, assembly video, and blueprints are available (will be sent after purchase). - Each unit includes 1 lockable door and 2 windows. - Doors and windows can be installed in your desired locations. Please assemble the unit yourself. Some panel cutting may be required depending on the installation location. - After assembly is complete, be sure to apply waterproof caulking (thoroughly fill gaps between steel frames and panels, and around doors and windows). - Wall panels are 50mm thick with rock wool insulation. The ceiling has glass wool insulation. - Direct pickup by truck is possible (please use a truck that can accommodate the longest component, approximately 6m). - We will assist with loading using a forklift or similar equipment, so pickup by one person is also possible. - Generally, we request no claims and no returns. - Due to system specifications, shipping costs are displayed as included.
