■ Product Overview Furniture that earns the title of masterpiece possesses a design inevitability that transcends mere storage function. This item is a rare sideboard from the SAPPORO series, manufactured by Mobil Girgi in Italy in the 1970s, designed by architect and designer Mario Marenco, who also created Arflex's masterpiece sofa Marenco. The design features a thick top panel, side frames constructed like pillars, and door surfaces with neatly arranged vertical wood grain. Prioritizing a sense of architectural volume and quiet presence over lightness, the design strongly embodies the charm of 1970s Italian modernism. ■ Product Condition This is a vintage item, so there are minor scuffs and scratches, but no noticeable damage or defects that would impede its use. Overall, it is in good condition. ■ Dimensions (approx.)
