Purchased new in March 2020 and used for 3 years, but the lid no longer closes completely (photo 3). I have switched to a different feeder, so this one has been stored unused. The AC adapter is showing signs of disconnection as seen in photo 5, which may be why the unit does not power on at the moment. It is unclear whether the issue lies with the adapter or the main unit, so it is being sold as a junk item. Some of the rubber feet on the bottom have come off (photo 4). It is possible that the unit may work if you replace the AC adapter or contact customer support, but as I cannot guarantee this, please only purchase if you understand this condition. Please note that the outer box and instruction manual are missing; only the items shown in the photos are included. The food tank and dish have been washed, and areas that could not be disassembled have been wiped with disinfectant wipes. However, there may still be a smell of dog food or remaining dirt.
