For those paying at convenience stores/ATMs, please pay immediately. ??Not chopped?? Large serving 700g - 1200 yen The red shiso is grown by us for umeboshi (pickled plums) and is also sold locally in small quantities with our authentic umeboshi. *This is red shiso after making umeboshi. Once chopped, you can use it like a furikake (rice seasoning) on hot rice, mix it with raw vegetables, use it as a seasoning for meat or fish, or mix it into the coating for fried foods. Of course, you can also enjoy it as is, using your imagination! ( ′ ▽ ) 700g with a moderate amount of plum vinegar. Vacuum packed, shipped at room temperature. Shelf life is approximately 10 months after shipping. Date will be written upon shipping. No additives. Salt content: 20%. For safety, please refrigerate upon arrival. *Sesame seeds were used in the cooking example, but they are not included. Umeboshi is not included, but crushed plum flesh may be present. ☆This is not suitable for pickling new white umeboshi.
