【New, Unused】 For dogs and cats weighing 2 to 3.8 kg. This is an XS size! It doesn't go over the head. It fastens with Velcro on the back and belly, and the buckle adjusts with a click, so it might be less intimidating for your pet to wear! The breathable mesh material might also feel comfortable for your dog or cat.^_^ Nowadays, most cats are indoor cats. For cats that like the outdoors, I bought this wanting to ensure their safety, but it was too late... My desire for an indoor cat and my family's habit of letting the cat out on its own led to a disagreement. I wanted to at least get them used to going for walks with a harness, but I didn't even get a chance to try it on... I kept it as a memento, but since I've moved out and am busy raising my own child, I won't have the opportunity to own a cat for a while. How about it for the safety of a kitten or a small cat that is still alive? As happened at my parents' house, they might accidentally become outdoor cats. >_< It takes patience to turn a cat that has experienced the outdoors back into an indoor cat. They quickly get into a routine and will continue to cry to go outside. If you can keep them as indoor cats, that's the best. I think it's safer in this day and age. I hope it will be useful to someone.
