There is an annual usage fee of 25,000 yen (including electricity and water charges). However, all maintenance, repairs, and replacements for the boat ramp (planking), winch, etc., will be the responsibility of the buyer. This is just a location fee. The boat ramp will require maintenance such as replacing the planking. This will be difficult unless you are someone who enjoys DIY. Also, this is a location where you cooperate with local residents and others who keep their boats in the same place, so we will refuse anyone who cannot cooperatively participate in annual cleaning, hauling the boat before winter, launching the boat in spring, and using the location quietly in the early morning. Everyone here loves fishing and is a good person, so we hope to enjoy ourselves together. Thank you for your understanding. Click here for the manufacturer's site
