Fully maintained Buffet Crampon R13 SP B♭ Clarinet - Completely serviced, play-tested, beautiful condition. Exceptional resonance. Grenadilla wood. Serial number 385××. No cracks, chips, or repairs. Accessories: Buffet Crampon genuine hard case Genuine case cover (optional, see 20th photo) Barrel: Genuine 66mm Mouthpiece: Genuine 120V Ligature: Genuine Cap: Genuine About the Buffet Crampon R13: The R13 refers to its bore design. The adoption of this miraculous bore design brought about revolutionary improvements in intonation, tone quality, timbre, and balance, earning it immense trust and popularity among professional musicians worldwide. First released in 1955, it remains a representative model of the French system clarinet, still in continuous production today. About the Maintenance: 1. Body tone hole cleaning and oiling. 2. All pads replaced. 3. Key straightening and polishing. 4. Corks and felts for springs thoroughly inspected and partially replaced. 5. Ring height adjustment. 6. Pad seating adjustment. 7. F1 (upper and lower joint connection) adjustment. 8. Lower joint CB connection adjustment. 9. Overall balance adjustment and fine-tuning. 10. Play-tested across all registers. The repairs are perfectly executed. The bright, rich, and transparent sound of the R13 has been revived. The airtightness is perfect. Intonation, balance, and resistance are all perfect. Considering its age, it has been used very little and remains in beautiful condition. It exudes the aura of a masterpiece. I am a clarinetist with 57 years of professional experience, not a repairman. I learned repairs thoroughly from a Buffet Crampon technician in my youth. I am often asked by fellow professional musicians to adjust their instruments. After retiring from orchestral playing, I performed in New York and Berlin! I have released 3 CDs and held numerous solo concerts. I have participated in countless recordings and broadcasts. This is the final stretch of my clarinet career! I hope to be of service to fellow enthusiasts. Buffet Crampon R13 A masterpiece representative of Buffet Crampon. It embodies the perfection of the French system clarinet. The Festival and Tosca models share the same bore as this R13. It is deeply moving to think of the many legendary performances left by countless masters with this R13 in their hands. Due to extremely low usage, it is in superb condition. Exceptional resonance, a rare find. I recommend it with confidence. Thank you for looking. Click here for the manufacturer's site
