【Rare】Kenko LINEA FOCUS Lens 【Features】(From Web) This is a special effect filter that utilizes **linear grooves (linea)**, which are rare nowadays. It offers a unique depiction that sets it apart from soft filters like Black Mist or Pro Softon, which create uniform softness across the entire image. Main Features and Usage 1. What kind of effect does it have? Parallel lines (grooves) are etched onto the filter surface, creating an effect that bleeds light in a specific direction. • Soft depiction with a core: Instead of blurring the entire image, it provides a unique softness where light seems to leak out linearly from the highlights while maintaining the subject's core (focus). • Bleeding in one direction: Light diffuses along the direction of the lines, allowing for dynamic depictions and the creation of a nostalgic, cinematic atmosphere. 2. Usage Techniques • Rotate the frame: By turning the rotating frame, you can freely change the direction of light bleeding (vertical, horizontal, diagonal). Adjust according to the subject's lines and composition. • Target point light sources: When used in scenes with strong point light sources such as night views, illuminations, or dappled sunlight through trees, the streaks of light are emphasized, resulting in a more dramatic effect. • Aperture influence: Opening the aperture (smaller f-number) intensifies the soft effect, while stopping down the aperture (larger f-number) moderates the effect. 3. Recommended Usage Scenarios • Portraits: When you want to smooth skin texture while beautifully flowing the highlights of hair. • Combination with old lenses: As this is a filter from the film camera era, combining it with lenses from that time will enhance the atmosphere of that era that modern lenses cannot replicate. • Flowers and landscapes: Effective when you want to create an effect where light overflows across the screen in strong sunlight. --- 【Condition】 • Exterior: Clean and kept in its case. 【Optics】 • The lens has no noticeable fungus or cloudiness and is considered to be in usable condition. There are minor wipe marks, but they are unlikely to have a significant impact. • Detailed operational checks have not been performed (sold as-is). Photos of nearby objects are uploaded. 【Operation】 • Unconfirmed 【Accessories】 • Body only 【Other】 Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details, as this is a used item.
