This is a high-status 20-inch Imperial Russian Samovar, a genuine piece of history from the Vasily Batashev factory in Tula. This is the heavy-duty Large model, measuring a full 16 inches across the handles—far more imposing than standard decorative units. The factory stamps on the base verify this as a true Batashev, the most sought-after name in Tula craftsmanship. The heavy-gauge brass has aged with a phenomenal, multi-tonal tarnish that proves its age and lack of modern interference. Key Features: * Large Scale: 20 Height makes it a commanding centerpiece. * Authenticity: Original Batashev factory stamp on the pedestal. * Original Components: Features the original turned wooden grips (one shows historical wear/chipping as pictured). Included: * Batashev 20 Samovar body, lid, and chimney cap. * Integrated faucet and original wooden handles. This is a 100+ year old estate find. It is being sold in its original, unpolished state for serious collectors. Not tested for water-tightness or food safety.
