■ Artwork Details • Artist: Rentaro Ogawa • Year Created: 1963 ⭐️ This artwork is approximately 60 years old. • Medium: Charcoal and pastel on paper (original artwork) • Signature: Original signature and year on the lower left of the artwork. • Size: Frame dimensions approx. 40cm x 48cm (please refer to the ruler in the image for details) ■ About the Artist Rentaro Ogawa was a Japanese Western-style painter active in the mid-20th century. He excelled at delicate and elegant portraits based on his solid drawing skills. In this piece, the expression of a woman imbued with the atmosphere of the 1960s is masterfully depicted. ■ Condition As this is a vintage artwork created in 1963, there are signs of age. • Artwork and Matting: Foxing (age spots) and yellowing due to age are visible. • Frame and Back: This is a wooden frame, believed to be the original from the period. While there are signs of age-related dirt and scratches on the back, we recommend this piece to those who can appreciate the unique charm of an old artwork. ■ Recommended Points This is a valuable original artwork from approximately 60 years ago. Its soft, modern touch harmonizes well with Scandinavian interiors and antique-style rooms, lending a calm elegance to your space. ※ Please understand that this is an old piece of art, review the images, and consider your purchase. ※ We will pack carefully and ship promptly. • #RentaroOgawa #WesternPainting #Antique #VintageArt #Antiques #1960s #OriginalArtwork Thank you for your interest! ^ ^ Click here for the manufacturer's site
