Thank you for viewing. We have imported a writing bureau made around 1930 from the UK. A bureau is a convenient piece of furniture that becomes a desk when the door is opened. The drawers in the lower section offer ample storage, allowing them to be used as a chest. This item is made of oak, known for its beautiful grain and high durability, making it a luxurious material. It has been maintained and is ready for use as everyday furniture. Please bid with the understanding that this is an antique collectible. Size: Height: 950mm Width: 780mm Depth: 390mm Era: Circa 1930 Material: Oak Made in the UK Please note that antique and vintage furniture may have signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, and uneven coloring due to age. The wood will be waxed and re-checked before shipping. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Shipping Method: We will ship via Pakko-to-Soto-no-Meru-bin (a household goods delivery service by Art Setting Delivery Co., Ltd.). This service includes professional packing, delivery to your desired room, unpacking, and removal of packing materials. Delivery dates and times (subject to Art's regulations) can be specified, and items can be held. Since Pakko-to-Soto-no-Meru-bin has a flat rate nationwide, delivery may not be possible to distant areas, and some customers may be unable to purchase. However, we can arrange delivery through our own shipping company. We will change the shipping method to Undecided, so please let us know your prefecture of delivery and that you are unable to purchase in the comments section. *While product delivery is generally to your desired installation location, if the item cannot fit through the entrance, elevator, or room, hoisting work may be required. The cost for such work will be borne by the customer, so please confirm your delivery route. *Some areas in Okinawa may not be deliverable. Since there are no household goods delivery service branches in Okinawa, delivery will be to the doorstep. *Delivery may not be possible to remote islands and some areas. Please inquire via the question section. #Antique #VintageFurniture #UK #British Click here for the manufacturer's site
