This Antioxidant-rich raw cacao, activated bamboo charcoal, salts, clays, and healing herbs go deep on a mission to reveal your most radiant self. This fresh, potent formula brightens, soothes inflammation and irritation, fades hyperpigmentation, stimulates collagen production, and supports all skin through challenge. I'm actually leary of buying skincare products that aren't directly from the brand myself, and especially ones that have been opened, so I understand any hesitation. I really like May Lindstrom and use her Blue Cocoon and Youth Dew Oil. Problem Solver has a lot of positive reviews via May's website, which I would check out there first. It's a great mask but I found that the mask I mostly use is a Tata Harper mask and only then very infrequently. I hated to see this mask go to waste. It's good for a year after the date it's opened and I opened the jar in December of 2025 and tried only a few times using a measuring spoon to transfer the contents to a mixing bowl. See instructions on box/black glass jar. If you're interested in May's products, I highly suggest ordering her Chocolate Box samples. May has lots of YouTube videos that instruct on how to use her products and one specifically dedicated to this mask. My suggestion and hers as well I believe, for this mask, is while you can mix, apply and rinse at the sink, this one is best applied before and rinsed off in the shower.
