This is a lacquered three-tiered sake cup set, created in 1940 (Showa 15) to commemorate the significant milestone of the 2600th year of the Japanese Imperial era. The back is inscribed with Imperial Year 2600, Commemorative Award, Abe, Manager of Hiroshima Branch, making it a valuable historical artifact that conveys the social context and importance of the commemorative events of that time. We hope to pass on this historical lacquerware, which allows you to feel the pulse of the era, to someone who will cherish it as a collectible or display piece. 【Product Highlights】 * A Masterpiece of High Historical Value: This is a commemorative item from 1940, when Japan was filled with celebratory sentiment. As a non-sale antique item that is no longer available, it holds immense value for history enthusiasts and collectors. * Beautiful Lacquered Three-Tiered Cups: This is a traditional style where three cups of different sizes are beautifully nested. The moist luster unique to aged lacquer and the vibrant vermilion color convey the craftsmanship of the artisans of that era to the present day. * Excellent Condition from Storage: Stored in a wooden box in a family storehouse, the condition is exceptionally good for an item approximately 86-87 years old, with its color and luster beautifully preserved. 【Product Details】 * Era: 1940 (Showa 15) * Contents: Lacquered three-tiered sake cup set * Inscription: Imperial Year 2600, Commemorative Award, Abe, Manager of Hiroshima Branch 【Approximate Size】 * Large: Diameter 12.2cm x Height 4cm * Medium: Diameter 10.5cm x Height 3.1cm * Small: Diameter 8.5cm x Height 2.6cm 【Product Condition】 * Condition: Antique (Extremely Good) * Details: Stored in a wooden box in a storehouse, it is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or chips for its age. * Important Notes: As this is a very old item, please understand that there may be slight scuffs or changes in the lacquer's texture due to age.
