★ This is the circuit training that supports the strength of Koji Murakami!! ★ Clearly explains the key points of javelin throwing technique and common mistakes to avoid! ★ Circuit training is the origin of full-body training!! ■ Instruction and Commentary: Keita Nagai (Director, Imabari Meitoku High School Track and Field Club) Kazuma Hamamoto (Former Director, Imabari Meitoku High School Track and Field Club, Vice Principal of the same school) ■ Practical Cooperation: Ehime Prefecture, Imabari Meitoku High School Track and Field Club It is no exaggeration to say that the foundation of the strength of Koji Murakami, an alumnus of this school who boasts 3rd place at the 2009 Berlin World Championships and 13 victories in the Japanese Championships (as of April 2014), was built through the circuit training introduced in this DVD. In this series, we will introduce the key technical points for improving javelin throwing at Imabari Meitoku High School, and the full picture of the Imabari Meitoku style circuit training, which Murakami considers the origin of training. The basic principle of circuit training is to train the entire body evenly and with good balance, focusing on the core. It is important for athletes to understand the meaning of each training exercise and approach it with a sense of purpose. Through this work, you will be able to see how the body movements and techniques in circuit training are linked to javelin throwing techniques. This is a must-see DVD series that applies not only to javelin throwing but also to all throwing events!! Click here for the manufacturer's site
