Thank you for choosing our listing from among the many available. This is an acoustic-electric guitar that is in perfect condition, sounds great, and has seen very little use! I have owned several Epiphone and Gibson acoustic guitars before, and I feel that Epiphone has a unique, resonant tone and a comfortable, ringing sound similar to Gibson. This is why I am an Epiphone fan. This particular guitar has a relatively thin body, making it easy to hold even for women, yet it has excellent resonance, especially in the low-mid range! I also feel that the balance with the mid and high frequencies is good, so I highly recommend it!! *Scale length is 628mm. The string height at the 6th string, 12th fret is approximately 2.5mm. The neck is straight, and the truss rod is fine. The pickup is also working properly. I am selling this guitar because I am downsizing my equipment (managing multiple acoustic guitars in a small room) and would like to pass it on to someone who will cherish and play it for a long time.
