○ Item BUZZ RICKSON'S AVIATION ASSOCIATES DUFFEL COAT No. BR15164 Toyo Enterprises Early Model Reproduction Long Coat Melton Wool Quoted from the official website: From the 1920s to the 1940s, various flight suits incorporating military specifications were also sold commercially. Analyzing old photographic materials from the war, we can occasionally see pilots wearing these commercially available jackets, indicating that they actually flew in them. Although wearing jackets other than those supplied by the government was, of course, against regulations, this can be seen as typical of the relaxation of regulations during wartime. The differences between government-issued and commercial products were mainly in design and the use of materials, with many colors conforming to government-issued standards. Especially in the design of the jacket's appearance, many were based on military-issued products with added arrangements, resulting in many attractive jackets with a very classical impression. Aviation Associates are the phantom jackets that Buzz Rickson's, who was a military contractor at the time, released for the general public. We hope you will experience this masterpiece, which embodies the Buzz Rickson's spirit. ○ Size Size Shoulder width 43cm (width between the shoulder seams) Body width 51cm (from armpit to armpit) Sleeve length 58cm (from shoulder seam to cuff) Length 100cm (from the base of the neck to the hem) There may be some errors due to amateur measurements.
