CXS (See By Us) Tile Carpet Cleaning Machine New Pile Resetter Used Item 1 unit This item is being listed for sale as it has been used infrequently. (Purchased in August 2020 and used for 74 hours) The set includes the main unit and wet vacuum shown in the photos, plus a 200L water tank purchased separately. Currently, the top sensor is malfunctioning, causing issues only with specific movements, but it has been usable for normal operations. (It was used until December 21, 2024.) We have arranged for sensor replacement and will deliver it after repair. Tile carpets, after being peeled off the floor and soaked in detergent for about 5 minutes, are inserted into the machine. The machine thoroughly washes each carpet one by one with ample water and 8 brushes as it moves along a conveyor belt. This results in a significantly different finish compared to cleaning installed carpets with a polisher. I transported it to job sites by car for use, but some users bring the tile carpets back to their own facilities for cleaning, or keep the machine at their managed sites to clean them gradually to maintain a clean appearance. The new price is over 6 million yen. Rentals are not available, and used items rarely appear on the market. I've been told that shipping costs alone exceed 100,000 yen, so I can personally deliver it by land transport, which also serves as an instruction manual.
