Features a dedicated, easy-to-operate microcomputer. With just three button presses, you can easily fire your pieces, making it safe and user-friendly for beginners and seniors alike. Comes with 10 built-in basic programs for immediate use, and you can set and register an additional 20 programs. The microcomputer detects potential issues such as heater wire failure, thermocouple malfunction, or forgotten thermocouple insertion, and automatically stops the firing process. Includes a lock function to prevent accidental button presses. Features a buzzer function that can sound at specified stages of the firing process. This is useful for timing when to close the steam vent or when to begin reduction firing. The kiln walls are constructed with a multi-layer structure of refractory insulation bricks, ceramic boards, and special insulation panels, providing extremely high insulation performance. Furthermore, an air gap is created between the outer wall and the kiln walls, and a cooling fan provides air cooling to suppress the surface temperature of the outer body during firing. The electric kiln can be installed with at least 15cm clearance on all sides and 50cm clearance above. Designed with maintenance in mind, the heater wires are wired independently. If a wire breaks, only the affected section needs to be replaced, reducing repair costs. The front door has a manual lock to prevent accidental opening. Equipped with casters on the front, it can be moved by lifting the rear, making it convenient for cleaning and other tasks. This is an electric kiln specifically for oxidation firing. Simple reduction firing can be achieved by using items like saggars or charcoal.
