**Vintage Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Sterling Silver Be Prepared Signet Ring** Up for sale is a fantastic piece of vintage scouting memorabilia. This official Boy Scouts of America signet ring is crafted from solid sterling silver and features the iconic scout emblem in striking relief. **Product Highlights:** - **Design:** Features the traditional BSA Fleur-de-lis insignia with an eagle crest over a textured backdrop, bordered by the famous BE PREPARED motto ribbon. - **Metal Content:** Solid Sterling Silver. Stamped STERLING on the inner face with a maker's mark L directly below it. - **Weight:** 6.3 grams. - **Size:** Stamped with a factory size 7 inside the band m. On a standard jewelry mandrel, it currently measures closer to a size 6 to 6.25. - **Band Style:** Features a traditional split-back/cut band design at the reverse shank, allowing for slight flexibility or easy professional resizing if desired. **Condition Report:** This ring is in great vintage condition with an authentic, unpolished aged patina. The dark oxidation in the recessed detailing makes the front insignia pop beautifully. The band shows minor surface scuffs and light wear expected from an estate piece of this era but remains entirely stable and wearable. Please see all high-resolution photos for exact measurements and cosmetic details.
