Takuya Kimura used a Takamura Hamono knife in a drama, and it is said that he also uses their knives in his daily life. ■V10 Steel This is a top-of-the-line high-carbon stainless steel made from carefully selected, highly pure raw materials containing high carbon, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, and cobalt. Through the latest heat treatment technology, the carbides, which are the lifeblood of sharpness, are made spherical and fine, improving toughness and wear resistance for exceptionally long-lasting sharpness. This is a hygienic and ideal knife with a bolster.
