Plastic case with special filter This is a fermented substrate made from the highest quality Himalayan King Oyster Mushroom mycelium, using 100% oak sawdust, which rhinoceros beetles prefer most. This is a special premium substrate, further refined from regular Himalayan King Oyster Mushroom substrate to be finer and easier for larvae to eat. It contains 3 times the amount of nutritional additives such as trehalose, glucose, chitin, special amino acids, and symbiotic bacteria. We use absolutely no discarded substrate; this is a meticulously crafted substrate that has undergone 3 rounds of fermentation, requiring significant cost and time. Fermented indoors, so there is no contamination from miscellaneous insects. Naturally, no fruit flies will appear. Most other fermented substrates are made from discarded substrate, which can lead to contamination with nematodes and other miscellaneous insects, as well as fruit flies. However, our substrate is carefully fermented indoors using fresh substrate, ensuring no contamination from miscellaneous insects. Large individuals are consistently produced. Even with the same substrate, substrates made from Himalayan King Oyster Mushroom mycelium are most preferred by stag beetles and rhinoceros beetles, leading to larger individuals. Ideal for raising larvae of exotic rhinoceros beetles such as Hercules and Caucasus. With 3 times the normal amount of nutritional additives, it offers exceptional nutritional value. The key to raising large adult rhinoceros beetles is to feed the larvae plenty of high-quality food during their larval stage. This high-calorie, nutritionally superior Himalayan King Oyster Mushroom premium substrate fermented rhinoceros beetle substrate is the pinnacle of larval food. Hercules beetles have reached 180mm, and Japanese rhinoceros beetles and Miyama stag beetles have achieved Guinness-level sizes. Since the case comes with substrate, just add your larvae!
